Size tag reads "wpl 1932" and "011 18s" I have no idea what that means but it seems like it'd best fit a size small
Measurements: for the skirt 25-28" waist stretched, 35" length. For the sweater 22" shoulder to shoulder, 40" bust, 29" length, 21" shoulder to bottom of sleeve.
