Pricing & quality of the pieces:

    The prices will vary depending on a piece’s condition, quality, brand and rarity. Almost all of the pieces have been previously worn so that means they will not be 100% brand new unless stated otherwise. There will be pulled strings, stains, and shoes will be creased, but 99.9% of the time, all of these details will be included in an item's description. 

Returns/Exchanges:

    It's simple, there are none. Because this a secondhand/costume shop returns and refunds are not accepted. This is for the company’s safety when it comes to potential 'wear & returns,' damage on the postal/customer's end, etc. If you are interested in an item but are unsure about purchasing because you want more info, please just send over an e-mail with any questions that you have. Whether you need more specified measurements, photos (of a potentially damaged piece or stain spot e.g.), or just simply because you wanted to get a better look at the fabric. It's better to be safe and satisfied than to be stuck with an item that you will never wear!

 Shipping & handling:

  • Shipping to the U.S. takes up to 7-10 business days, depending on when payment is done processing. 
  • Shipping outside the U.S. takes up to 7-14 business days, depending on location & payment processing.
Note: Items must be prepped before they are shipped off - so that means dry cleaning, washing/drying, ironing, steaming, etc. need to take place before sending your piece(s) off to you. Holidays & weather may affect shipping arrival as well. If you have any questions regarding an item or your parcel, always feel free to send over an e-mail or DM on Instagram. And please keep in mind, this is a small business ran by 1-2 people so you won't receive those annoying robotic replies from employees but things also won't work as quick as they do with more fast paced companies.
