Size tag reads X-Large but this definitely fits more like a medium/large, I'm sure it could fit an XL but I think whoever had it before may have shrunk it slightly. Refer to measurements for best results.
Measurements laying flat: 13" bust, 10" waist, 29" total length measured to the longest point
Straps were adjustable but one of the plastic pieces on one of the straps is broken so the length is stuck where it broke. What you see is what you get, there's a weird thing going on at the bottom of the top in the knit as seen in photos.
