Measurements laying flat: 16" bust, 14" waist, 21" total length
Good condition but there are some pulls in the fabric (since its delicate/satin) and there's a hole on the one side (towards the bottom though so if you tuck it in you won't see it and it's also not a complete hole [as seen] so it doesn't look too bad)
